Matthew J. Thompson, Esq.

Matt Thompson, Esq., is a transactional attorney, specializing in business and real estate matters; and also has specialized experience in civil litigation. Matt provides experienced counsel for clients with complex and varied business and real estate dealings.  He concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate contracts and title closings, business acquisitions, partnership/operating agreements and other complex corporate matters.

Matt is a member of the Florida Bar (2006) and the Sarasota County Bar Association.

During law school, he worked for the tax law clinic and edited Criminal Procedure textbooks.
